Terms of Service

A clear basis for using the customer support workspace.

Effective and last updated October 29, 2026

1. Service and operator

These terms describe use of EasyHelp at easyhelpsupport.com, operated by STYNGT, United States. EasyHelp is a customer-service workspace for multi-channel email, support tickets, attachments, reporting, and optional AI assistance and integrations. Public visitors can read these pages and contact support; staff workspace accounts are provisioned and permissioned by an administrator.

If you use the service on behalf of an organization or mailbox owner, you must have authority to do so. Any separately agreed service arrangement with STYNGT remains relevant to your use.

2. Accounts and connected mailboxes

Keep staff credentials secure and use only the access assigned to you. Connect a Google, Microsoft, or other mailbox only when you have authority to grant access. Connecting a mailbox is separate from creating a staff account. Provider consent and provider terms continue to apply.

Administrators can manage access and remove mailbox connections. Revoking provider access or removing a connection can stop future synchronization or sending, but does not automatically remove stored historical support records. See the retention and deletion explanation.

3. Responsible use and content

Use EasyHelp for legitimate support communications. You are responsible for the content, recipients, attachments, account permissions, and configuration you supply, including permissions to process other people’s information. Do not use it for unauthorized access, impersonation, phishing, malware, abusive messaging, unlawful spam, or interference with the service.

Provide only information needed for the support task. Shared links, public knowledge materials, and exports can create additional copies outside the workspace. Review recipient addresses and sharing settings before sending or publishing content.

4. AI assistance and automation

AI drafts, summaries, suggested solutions, and classifications are assistance tools and can be wrong or incomplete. Check their accuracy and suitability before relying on them. They do not independently establish a refund, warranty entitlement, delivery promise, or other business decision.

Administrators are responsible for enabling and reviewing scheduled or automatic workflows, their filters, and their message content. Enabled automation may send or update records without a separate per-message approval. Features depend on the deployment’s configuration and connected services; they are not all necessarily enabled.

Before using Google-sourced information with an external AI service, review the AI processing disclosure and the unresolved provider terms. These terms do not establish a no-training or zero-retention promise from an AI provider.

5. Data and integrations

The Privacy Policy describes what data the application accesses, how it is processed and shared, and current retention and deletion limitations. Submitting content or connecting a service permits the processing needed for the features you choose, subject to your authority, the disclosures, and applicable requirements.

Google, Microsoft, DeepSeek, Feishu, hosting services, and other configured providers have their own terms and availability. STYNGT does not represent that those providers endorse EasyHelp. Removing an integration does not undo messages already delivered or copies already shared.

6. Availability and commercial arrangements

Access can be affected by maintenance, configuration, provider limits, revoked permissions, or service faults. No specific uptime, response-time, email-delivery, or uninterrupted-service guarantee is made on these public pages.

These pages do not establish subscription pricing, a payment plan, or a service-level agreement. Any fees, support commitments, or commercial terms must be agreed separately with STYNGT. Nothing here removes rights or obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Ending access and changes

You can stop using the service and ask an administrator to remove your workspace access or mailbox connection. An administrator may restrict access to protect the workspace or address misuse. For a copy, correction, or deletion of stored information, contact STYNGT; disconnecting alone is not complete erasure.

The service and these terms may be updated. Material changes will be identified through an updated date and appropriate notice. These terms do not designate a particular US state, exclusive dispute forum, or arbitration process; no such arrangement has been confirmed for this deployment.

8. Contact

For service questions, concerns, or privacy and deletion requests, contact STYNGT (United States) at styngt@easyhelpsupport.com. Include enough detail to identify the relevant request or account, but do not include passwords or access tokens.
